The Holiday cottage is situated in the heart of the Saint Emilion’s vineyard , 3 min from the medieval city of Saint-Emilion, a village classified on the UNESCO world heritage centre.
Château HAUT BONNEAU is a family property dated from the XIX century on a 10 ha vineyard nowadays , situated in Montagne St Emilion , only 50 km from Bordeaux.
Description
On the ground floor :1 bedroom (1 bed in 140), bathroom, WC, kitchen, cooking facilities , giving on the garden and a large living room with a picture window leading into the garden.
On the first floor you will find the second bedroom (2 beds in 90) and the mezzanine with a spring-action sofa bed.

Charges Informations
Saturday changeover: the rentals begin on Saturday at 4 PM and finish the next Saturday at 10 AM.High season: from June 28 to September 6 - €550 a week .
Middle season : from May 31 to June 28 and from September 6 to October 10 - €400 a week.
Low season : the rest of the time - €300 a week.
Possibility of renting the week-end in middle and low seasons. Consult us.
